I filled in Questionaire but I didnt actually get my order because you were out of stock. All the service was good and you did tell me that you were out of stock very quickly and refunded my paypal instantly.

Painless, efficient international transaction. Notified instantly of backorder, and ETA, backorder filled sooner than anticipated, and shipping was immediate. Better than most American firms in this type of transaction!
