Very good, this is the first time I have bought ink online and I appreciated the recommendations that the ink is good quality for printers since I have no wish to ruin my printer. Good buying and delivery experience would recommend others.
Have just ordered photo paper and looking forward to it.

I ordered cartridges off your company for delivery at my U.K. address for use at my Portuguese home.
I received two empty cartidges for my Hewlet Packard printer and three cartidges for my Lexmark X3470 that will not print black (Only colour) so I will definitely not be recommending your company to anyone, which is a pity because my previous order approx. 16 months ago was perfect.. I would have returned them but I have only recently opened them and no longer have the paperwork. Perhaps your quality control is slipping. Regards, Ken. Carruthers

I did not recieve a confirmation email listing what I had ordered. When my 5! parcels arrived it was really difficult to see if all the cartridges had arrived as they are all listed multiple times on the invoices and are not necessarily in the packet. I phoned as I did not seem to ve all I had ordered, and it was difficult to remember what I had ordered as I was ordering multiple cartridges for 3 seperate printers. Spoke on the phone to your customer services people. They were unable to send me the order confirmation email I was missing so I am still not really sure if I have received everything. I will never use you again you are too dam confusing!!!

The cartridges are excellent value and good quality so I would recommend you to friends. However, delivery was very slow and when I e-mailed to find out what had happened to the cartridges, I did not get a reply.

5 cartridges supplied (AJ21) will not work as not recognised by hp deskjet F2180 as cosher replacements. Colour carts supplied at same time were OK.

When I first placed an order with your company I ordered the wrong type of cartridge (my fault!) I contacted your company to explain my mistake. I was told that if I returned the items I wouod receive a full refund. I sent the inkjets back to your company in Jersey but NEVER received the refundd. I was very unhappy that the refund was not forthcoming. However I ordered more cartridges the right numbers for my Lexmmark printer & they were dispatched to me very quickly. Extremely satisfied, especially when my order was delivered, but couldn't go through my post box,returned to the depot, and then lost by the Post Office. Would recommend to anyone.

I've only purchased 2 cartridges so far. The first one was a real bargain, the second one is still in it's wrapper unused. I would definitely buy from Cartridge shop again if this second one is OK. Very pleased with service.
