Was asked to pay an additional £6 P&P on top of the £6 P&P I had already paid. The item I ordered was only £7..50 so it would have worked out that P&P was 160% dearer than the item I ordered. I cancelled the order and received a quick refund. Change your courier and try using royal mail standard parcels for deliveries of smaller items to the Highlands then you & the customer will not get ripped off for delivery charges.

I have bought from CDS Media before, and have had no trouble. Any problems have been dealt with immediately. I will continue to buy from CDS Media, and will recommend them to others.

Shipping cost could be more transparent. It was expected but not known until the last stage of ordering.

Brilliant service. Only slight fly in the ointment was damages en route. I'd ordered 100 blank discs in jewel cases but 8 were broken. Not worth kicking up a stink about though, and I was still able to use the discs.

Although when i recieved my order i didn't recieve some of the correct items after contacting CDS Media they promptly put it right and showed excellent customer service and will be using them again. Only problem i found was that i was looking for blank dvd discs but could only find the dvd- range, i was disappointed because my dvd players do not play these they only play dvd+.

A very good service, however I was little disappointed with the quality of the CD cardboard sleeves I received in that they were not up to the standard of other company's product that was similarly priced.

The web site is very easy to understand, not at all complicated.
The products are very clearly displayed and clearly priced, unlike some websites.

the delivery was excellent because of the tracking capabilities, the notice as to when order was to be delivered and where it was with the carrier.
