I am deaf and received a £1'000 out of court settlement only because DCM intervened. I tried solicitors but they didnt want to know. Cheers DCM you made me issue easy to resolve. Mr C of Battersea

I have shopped at my local store for over ten years with my Guide Dog.  On this day, a new manager refused to let me shop in the store and shouted at me infront of other customers.  I was very upset and contacted DCM.  A week later I recieved £150 and an apology from the store owner. 19/02/10 - £575 to Ms H of Cumbria "I am a wheelchair user and was attending a course at a local hotel, there was no disabled space, a dangerous ramp and no disabled loo (I had to use the gents with the door open)  The whole experience was humiliating.  The process with DCM has been really easy.  They secured not only this payment from the training company but also a letter of apology detailing how procedures have now changed.  They are also guiding me through a case against the hotel which is going to court." I am deaf and my local surgery kept playing very loud music at reception, I could not hear the nurses, instructions or doctors.  I asked DCM to help and the surgery settled out of court.  THANK YOU DCM FOR MY £1000 Mr Watkins

I used DCM to claim against my local post office. I settled my case and the help was what i needed. I dont think I could have coped on my own. Thanks DCM, Mr Clarke
