I did need some help when setting the system up and again an advisor seemed happy to talk me through the setup. Very grateful for all your help and also very happy with the equipment supplied. "I purchased a complete CCTV kit from DTS Digital and can say I am very pleased with the quality of the footage captured and the service received. It was fairly straight forward to setup the remote access via my iPhone and the live stream is better than I thought it would be. Good value, will recommend to others."

"I made enquiries regarding a product advertised on the sellers website. They were very helpful and told me that the product in question was no longer available but that they had a suitable alternative. I agreed to try the alternative which was the same price as the original device I had in mind. My order arrived on time and complete with full operational instructions. After a little tinkering I got my system up and running and all in all I couldn't be anymore pleased. Great company and sound advice!"

I regret to hear you are having issues with a product you purchased from us. I must clarify that all products are tested before dispatch and are covered by a minimum of one year warranty. Unfortunately on occasion equipment can become damaged in transit or even develop faults shortly after purchase however they are still covered by the terms of the warranty. Please get in touch with us ASAP so we can resolve these issues. We do also on many occasions resolve issues over the telephone as non performance can often be caused by compatibility issues which can be rectified by making adjustments to voltage, video format or resolution settings. "I have used DTS Digital on several occasions now and I have to say the sales team are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They seem to really care about your requirements and provide excellent product solutions. I had a few technical issues which were quickly sorted by the helpful technical staff member. I would readily recommend their products and services to anyone and as a result I have put my uncle in touch with them as he is looking for a CCTV system for his home."

I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with our service, please be assured that all products we send out are fully insured and protected against accidental damage. Please also note that our standard delivery charge does not guarantee a next day delivery but we do achieve this with 97% of orders. However you can upgrade to our guaranteed next day service for a small extra charge.
