Purchased on 7th Jan and had to call on 25th Jan only to be told that my payment hadnt gone through by paypal and then to be told it had actually gone through. I have been taking stick from customers waiting for wedding dvds for the past couple of weeks. I dont think this is a good enough service to use again.

Very happy - have ordered before (hence why I didn't check terms and conditions - I did for my first order) - phoned to check something and the phone was answered quickly and the person I spoke to actually got a CD from stock to check a very specific query about the product - so very pleased and happy to recommend to other customers.
