The service was great - the website was easy to use and I was kept informed as to the delivery date of the postbox. The postbox turned up on time & I was delighted with the product. It was easy to fix onto our railings and our house number had been smartly inscribed with no extra charge. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent personal service. When I emailed, someone got back to me asap and helped me with my query.
The same person also followed up with an email to ensure I had recieved the order and that I was happy with it. Really great to speak to a real person, and have continuity. Felt like I could trust them, which can be hard sometimes with internet companies.

Glencall was extremely helpful. I had questions about products relative to our seaside home and they researched for me and gave me options. Product arrived early and is of very good quality. They take customer servide seriously which is much appreciated.

Website was very good; communication was excellent; product was first class; and delivery was quite remarkable! Despite heavy snow paralysing the country, my mailbox arrived as if by magic! It's a brilliant product, was beautifully personalised, and the whole transaction was a real pleasure. A great credit to the company. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!
