Excellent from start to finish. Received a call to say it would be late but my wife took the call so I missed out on taking with Doc, but my wife was in stiches. A week later, sent a text for an update and got a reply in less than a minute. This is customer service at a new level! Not received the product yet but Doc has brightened my life so much it is of secondary importance.

The description given of the product I purchased was 100 % accurate ~ the website was professional but at the same time gave the impression of being a small but customer friendly company ~ the hand written note with my order was a nice touch and gave glowgadgets a more personal feel

Very good customer service. I was informed of the 'new' website being developed, which went some way towards the problem I was having looking for the product which I knew the company had sold me in the past.
The actual communication from GlowGadgets was very swift, which brought about a successful order.

Quite often the issue that sorts out "real" customer service from lip service is how the situation is managed when things go wrong. In this area GlowGadgets excel. They exhibit real care over the outcome for their customer rather that the customer having to wrench unwilling co-operation from an organisation that regards them as a nuisance if there is a problem. 11/10 for customer service!

GlowGadgets.com - and therefore Doc - provides an absolutely first-rate service (by far the best I have experienced) and I cannot recommend this site highly enough. Discerning range of products, super-fast delivery, personalised invoice and freebies from Doc - simply excellent.
