Very helpful staff at the end of a telephone answered by a real person not an answerphone. The course material was beautifully presented and the layout is very clear. The introduction letter from the tutor was a nice surprise with all the details you need ie phone numbers, email address if you have any questions. Looking forward to completing the course and I would recommend it to anyone. Sonja Bell - Diploma in Nutrtion Course.

The book included is great, full of loads of tips, but I feel it could be a bit more up to date.

I like the idea how the modules were simply devided by small amount of information but not numourous of non stop pages as some other programs in this area, that makes us understand without hassle. I like the grading system as well which will make me learn hard to get a DISTINCTION grade.

WELL SO FAR SO GOOD AND I AM ENJOYING TO WORK WITH YOU ALL AND I AM CONFIDENT I WILL ACHIEVE WHAT I WANT TO ACHIEVE.
I HAVE ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS IN POSITIVE BECAUSE THEY WERE ALL TO THE POINT OF TRUTH SO FAR.
AND I AM OPTIMISTIC THAT THE VERY SAME TRUTH REMAINS IN PLACE FOR THE REST OF THE COURSE I WILL BE GOING THROUGH.

Excellent website, as mentioned I did not recieve my confirmation email. When I phoned to check the payment had gone through. I spoke to an extremely helpful person who confirmed all was as it should be. Otherwise the service was superb.

I loved all the delivery of books and equipment that I received. The only two things are one the guy who delivered my package was very rude and even though my partner was in ended up getting my next door neighbour to sign for it and when my next door neighbour told him my partner was there as he had just spoken to her he hust told him "signe here" and ignored him.
But obviously that is nothing to do with your company just the delivery company.
