"The item was sent very quickly, however was not received by the recipient as the delivery driver had just left it in the communal area of a block of flats - not even at the recipients door. I contacted Just Champagne to ask them to contact the courier firm to find out what they had done with it, and Zoe could not have been more helpful. She immediately offered a refund or replacement, and this was received the very next day. Excellent resolution of a customer issue!"

"Bought a three bottle set of Tattinger for my partner consisting of Rose; Normal (?) and; Vintage. Rose was drunk at Christmas, Normal at New Year and Vintage for her birthday. It could not possibly have gone down better, and I am basking in the unusual situation of having some Brownie Points in the bag.. Thanks Just Champagne"

Thank you for your feedback - it is much appreciated. We pass on the mobile number of the recipient to our carrier if it is supplied in the order process This means the recipient gets a text from DPD on the morning of the delivery - it gives them options to receive the gift or delay delivery - it also gives a one hour slot for when delivery will take place. We believe this gives the best chance of a successful and convenient delivery for the recipient. The text does not contain information about the gift or who it is from.
