"One of two lights was defective. I spoke tp Barry Hewit on the phone who arranged a replacement, on my word that the item was defective. The replacement arrived a few days later and I was advised not to bother about returning the other light. I rate that as excellent service, both by the company and Mr Hewit"

Thank you for your comments. A notification is sent on receipt of order and when your order is dispatched providing the correct email is supplied. All delivery timescales are advertised on the website. We contact customers if there is an extended delay. Emails have been received and our online chat system is fully operational.
