I had to ring to confirm retuning conditions as I couldn't open them on the website. The person I spoke to was very nice and very helpful. Thank-you for existing. Other web sites that sell bras make me feel like a freak. You help to make me accept myself for who I am. I will definitely shop with you again in the future.

It's lovely to find beautiful bras that fit! I appreciate the discreet service. I particularly enjoy not having to sneak around girls' departments to find a bra that fits and doesn't look like something made for Barbie!

Always buy my bras from you as I am a very small size ie 34AAA. However, I do have one niggle: why can I not buy soft, padded but no lace, dark bras in my size from you? I have only managed to do so once and it was a sale item.

I know it will sound strange I use to by lingerie from M&S and the quality of your product is good , I will get more knickers from.

Very easy and friendly service; the phone support is excellent! I had trouble with paying online but I was quite happy to pay over the phone. I love the packaging, which is very discreet. The bras are absolutely beautiful and worth the price (I usually buy cheapo M&S ones) not just for the fit.
I'm very happy! I'm still on a diet so when I reach my target weight I'll remeasure and be back for more.

A good store, a godsend to women with small breasts.
A major issue though is that in high street shops, there is the advantage that bras can be tried on before purchase. The delivery cost for LW is around £3, so if it turns out that your order does not fit, you're paying at least £2 to send it back on top, a total of £5 on delivery alone: a loss to the customer. In M and S, a bra is about £10, the LW bras are often at least double this- so along with the extra money and delivery charges I have regularly opted to shop there instead. If there was something to remedy this e.g. a charge for loans/deposit and a few bras in different sizes were sent out together, the customer would choose from these and be refunded the loan? Just an idea. The customer would then pay for the bra they wanted.
Additionally, I've always thought that because these bras are especially small e.g. compared to the average British cup size of a C, they require less material. They should therefore be cheaper!

I had to save up to buy from Little Women as the lingerie is more expensive than some of the high street stores and supermarkets but I'm so glad I took the plunge and replaced almost all my undies. I just can't get my size (34AA) in the shops and have had to put up with bra fitters claiming I'm whatever size they happen to have in and then trying to convince me I look great, even though the cups are gaping so much I could fit a weeks' shopping in my bra as my boobs take up so little room! Every single item fits me, perfectly, they are so comfy and for once I look like a pretty, proper woman in my undies and can be proud. I especially like the light padding and the choice of non-wired bras, which are essential for me due to heart surgery. My only request is please could we have a non-wired strapless bra ready for special occasion dresses?

I think you offer lovely products and offer the sizes that are so difficult to get. I have been a customer of yours for over 10 years when I was a AA. Now after breastfeeding 2 children I have dropped to a AAA size and your products are even more essential to me.I love your ranges.They are so comfortable being non wired and are even better now with the longer shoulder straps. One suggestion I have is for a boudoir bra-silky or sheer with no padding. Hope you continue your great work and look forward to the next catalogue! Thank you.

Thank you so much!! Up to now I have never actually owned a bra that fit properly and as much as I love them, I was ready to give up altogether until I discovered your site. Using your bra size calculator I discovered I was only a 34AAA (others had told me I was a AA or A) so I immediately ordered a bra. It came today and I am thrilled - it is absolutely perfect! And so pretty! Before I was in young teens bras or too big adults bras, neither of which fitted me properly or were very pretty. It is so nice to find bras that fit me perfectly and are absolutely beautiful - not childish or plain. Thank you so much!! You have really boosted my confidence, and especially as your model is small busted too, it is so nice to feel I can be beautiful and womanly even with a tiny bra size!
