1st class service. Always delivered next day even when I was a bit late in ordering. Mealworms always in top condition & very well packaged.

The quality and quantity have always been to a high standard, I would however like to be able to talk to someone to ask advice on say keeping larger quantities etc, but so far I have not found a number.

Have used several times now and have always been very pleased. Quick response to queries about care of locusts. The best live food company I have tried so far.

Extremely good service. Easy to use the website. Everything we ordered was delivered undamaged and alive. Delivered earlier than we expected it to be. Good prices aswell, very fair including delivery. Very helpful having pictures of the products aswell because its easy to make sure you are ordering the correct product! Overall, great company, will continue to use the service.
