What are your overall comments on us and your buying experience?

Only ever had one queery about an order which i emailed david, he promptly refunded the out of stock items which I re-ordered at a later date. They provide a fast efficient service, the goods are by far cheaper than any where else! Can recommend this company for all your pet needs.
