I've completed this survey out of courtesy but for the life of me, cannot remember what I ordered from you. Why is that, you may ask? Well last November, I had to have my beautiful dog put to sleep due to cancer. Now, I have been diagnosed with bowel cancer. Mine is cureable but nobody is going to put me down! Can you understand why I can't remember? I just don't want to remember!
