What are your overall comments on us and your buying experience?

I was quite delighted by the service I received from the consumer service. My orders were promptly handled and consequently, I was neither subjected to anxiety of waiting period nor had to make follow up calls to track my order. Overall, Nigel who dealt with my orders was so pleasant and helpful, therefore, I am enthused to continue with the company and also desire to introduce other clients to the company.

I still have not used the cartridges and cannot comment on the quality of the product. I am quite happy with prompt packaging and mailing.

One toner was out of stock, sent rest which reached us next day with the missing one arriving the day afterwards...great service, will use again and again while they are the cheapest!

I experienced some website problems. Error pages appearing etc. etc. Sorry can't remember what those were. Fortunately I got through the ordering process in the end. Could easily imagine other customers giving up though. Haven't tried the new toner yet, but the last toner I bought from you was of excellent quality, and very cheap too. So I'll definitely return. Have recommended to others. Thank you
