What this customer has omitted to say is, they received 3 keyrings over 18 months ago and phoned us complaining and stating one has got marks after 18 months of use and wanted a replacement. As it was over 18 months ago we offered a 20% discount so the customer purchased two, not one replacement and two different, not like the original and is now claiming that one has a mark on it, do you think we would engrave and post a key ring to a customer who has complained with a mark on, will leave you with that one to work out.
