What are your overall comments on us and your buying experience?
When I phoned the company I had prompt service and they were polite and helpful. I would recommend them to friends. It was unfortunate that the goods I ordered arrived late, the builder had left our house and had to come back at a later time to finish off.

Web site is poor. Payment process didn't work for my card, but I received misleading emails saying my order had been taken. When I tried to log in a second time, it failed - I did not have a password. Couldn't register as a new purchaser as it new my email name. After I phoned and paid manually, the goods were not dispatched. I had to phone a second time. I am still waiting for the goods to arrive.

One of the taps was damaged during delivery which I didn't discover until after unpacking it. I expected a nightmare trying to sort it out. On the contrary, Total Bthrooms were very helpful and sent me a replacement immediately and arranged collection of the damaged tap. Excellent service. I would use again.

Hi Fred Johnson, Confirmed order status mail... Order details are as follows : Order ID : 355 Order Number : 00010356 Order Date : 18-08-2011.This was second Email not sure what it meant,good communications but could be clearer.Nice to know when goods have been dispatched.Overall however very pleased with transaction.

On receipt of my shipment I realised I had ordered the wrong item - it took 3 attempts to get through by phone (I chose not to leave a message or email as I wanted to speak to someone) - once I did the customer service was excellent - collection of the initial order and delivery of replacement, correct, items was achieved as one and I wasn't charged any supplementary shipping although I expected to pay as it was my error - top marks Total Bathrooms. Just wondered where question 3 was in this survey as I went from 2 to 4 - I did check but couldn't find it.
