I am very happy with the overall service, speed of delivery & communications from yourselves & would definitely recommend to anyone else. I did originally order from another company - who failed to supply what I was purchasing, they didnt keep me updated of the delays, and only when I had contacted them, they then informed me that the watch wasnt available, and unable to supply. Pretty poor service on there behalf. Love my watch that I bought from yourselves! Thanks

I ordered 2 watches and the confirmation and delivery details came quickly. I was surprised then when only 1 watch arrived from Watches2go. It was only when I phoned that I was advised that 1 of the watches was being sent separately - from Amazon. I would suggest that a note be included with the first shipment to expect a subsequent delivery from elsewhere.

after dealing with bid tv and there customer services and management no problems after being ripped off by them its nice to know there are still companys who respect there customers I am waiting for a kidney transplant and am disabled last year i brought 13 watches and enjoy buying them

Very good website, easy to use and extremely good value for money. No delivery charge, and apart from the small delay on delivery (not your fault!) an overall great experience for someone like me who doesn't shop on the internet often.
